MUNSTER MARCHING MUSTANGS FAIR SHARE COMMITMENT
Participation in the Marching Band requires both a financial and time commitment to ensure the program’s success. Each family is responsible for covering their student(s) Fair Share and ensuring their participation in practices, performances, and fundraisers. The Munster Bands Program expects all members to fulfill their financial obligations in a timely manner, with all students completed Fair Share Commitment due by October 1, 2026.
By registering my student(s) I am agreeing to the following:
That any financial aid awarded will come in the form of account credits based only on the amount of volunteering done by the parents; and only applied to the final payment.
That we can participate in fundraisers and volunteer opportunities to help subsidize our Fair Share Commitment.
We will volunteer at band practices, performance, and fundraisers to support the overall band program, to the best of our ability.
We will keep the adjusted student band account current.
We will communicate home address and financial changes to the Munster Band Backers.
We will accept any financial assistance offered to us and agree to pay our remaining Fair Share within the terms set forth by the Munster Band Backers.
We understand the Munster Band Backers may employ an outside collections agency to collect any outstanding Fair Share Commitment.
We understand that should our student(s) quit Marching Band, we are not entitled to a refund of any Fair Share Commitment paid.
We understand that any outstanding Fair Share Commitment from prior seasons will be added to the current seasons Fair Share Commitment; and that any payments made will be applied to the oldest balance first.
We understand that may student(s) will not eligible to travel on any trips, i.e. Grand Nationals, Orlando, FL, Hawaii, etc. should my student(s) have a negative balance.
If my student(s) quit the 2026 marching season and are signed up for the Florida 2027 trip. They will be removed from the Disney trip.
By completing this registration you are agreeing to all these terms.
