Financial Assistance (MAPS Summer Youth Theatre Camp 2026)

This form is only for those with a prior arrangement for financial assistance to pay the deposit for camp. In order to register here, please contact Ms. Feyen first. She will provide you with a PROMO CODE that you will enter to complete the checkout process.

If you can pay the deposit, but not the total cost ($50), please look in the store for the item named "MAPS Summer Youth Theatre Camp 2026" rather than this item, and note that need when you check out (there will be a field to note this).

If you do NOT need ANY Financial Assistance, please look in the store for the item named "MAPS Summer Youth Theatre Camp 2026" rather than this item.

The legal parent/guardian must be the one filling out this registration form.
Camp will be at MMHS July 20th-July 24th; registration will start at 9 am each day, and pick-up will be at 3 pm each afternoon.

Students will receive a camp shirt, and we will end with a final performance at 3 pm on Friday, July 24th, with some refreshments to follow.
