Supporter Terms
Effective: August 28, 2026 | Last updated: August 28, 2026
These Supporter Terms explain the agreement between Cut Time, LLC, doing business as SimpleRaise ("SimpleRaise," "we," or "us") and a donor, purchaser, ticket buyer, or other person supporting a fundraiser (a “Supporter”). We wrote them in plain English, but they are still a legal agreement.
1. Before you pay
Review the fundraiser, items, price, shipping information, optional tip, taxes, and total shown at checkout. Provide accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. You authorize SimpleRaise and Stripe to charge the displayed amount.
2. Who does what
SimpleRaise is the merchant of record and processes the transaction. The customer organization runs the fundraiser. A vendor supplies and fulfills vendor products. SimpleRaise does not endorse or guarantee a fundraiser, organization, participant, vendor, or fundraising result.
3. Donations
Donations are generally final. A donation is not automatically tax-deductible. Ask the organization or a tax adviser about deductibility. SimpleRaise may refund a donation for an error, fraud, legal requirement, or other reason it considers appropriate.
4. Purchases, shipping, and product problems
Product descriptions and estimated fulfillment information appear on the fundraiser or at checkout. Vendors are expected to ship within two weeks after purchase unless the listing clearly states otherwise. The vendor should contact you directly about a delay or fulfillment problem. Contact the vendor first about quality, delivery, warranty, return, or recall issues; SimpleRaise may make the final refund or payment-dispute decision.
5. Refunds
Changing your mind does not guarantee a refund. We may issue or deny refunds for delivery failures, errors, fraud, law, or payment-network requirements. Current full-refund processing may include an optional SimpleRaise tip. Stripe may keep its original processing cost even when you receive a full refund. Refund timing depends on Stripe, your bank, card issuer, and payment method.
6. International supporters
Supporters outside the United States may pay when Stripe and the payment method permit it. The charge uses the currency displayed at checkout. Stripe, your bank, or card issuer may convert currency or charge fees. Vendors may limit shipping to U.S. addresses.
7. Messages
We may send receipts, security and account messages, fundraiser or order updates, and product-use help using contact information you provide. SMS-specific terms appear in the SMS Terms. We do not sell your personal information for money or use service messages to advertise unrelated third-party products.
8. Your conduct and content
Do not use fraudulent payment information, abuse disputes, interfere with the service, violate law, or submit unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content. You keep ownership of content you submit and give SimpleRaise the limited operational license described in the General Terms.
9. Product and service limitations
Vendors—not SimpleRaise—provide product-specific warranties and are responsible for defects, safety, labeling, fulfillment, and recalls. Non-waivable consumer rights remain in place. The General Terms’ warranty disclaimer and liability limits apply to SimpleRaise.
10. Payment disputes
Contact support before filing a chargeback so we can try to resolve the issue. We may share transaction and fulfillment evidence with Stripe, banks, and card networks. Good-faith refund requests do not create an indemnity duty; fraud, unlawful conduct, or misuse may.
11. Disputes with SimpleRaise
The General Terms’ 30-day informal process, individual arbitration agreement, small-claims option, class-action waiver, 30-day arbitration opt-out, Florida law, and legally required exceptions apply.
